What files will I need backed up to fully restore Network Recorder?
Answer
The locations that you need to backup will be listed as follows. All files in these directories need to be backed up.
C:\Program Files\Telex Communications\Telex Network Recorder\DataFiles
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 4.1
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0
C:\TL Recorder Files
E:\MySQL Server 4.1
E:\MySQL Server 5.0
E:\TL Recorder Files
NOTE:
You may not have some directories listed above, this is nothing to worry about. This document covers our older NR and the newer NR-V2.
