Solution
To comply with NFPA standards and UL 864 requirements for Commercial Fire Systems AC Fail/Restoral needs to be programmed as "No" and AC Tag Along needs to be programmed as "Yes".
AC Fail restoral reports will be sent to the central station receiver if routing has been configured properly in conjunction with AC Fail/Restoral RPT under Power Supervision. First verify these settings are enabled by expanding routing and then opening Diagnostic Reports. AC Restoral would need to be set to "Yes". Secondly, AC Fail/Restoral Report under Power Supervision would need to be set "Yes" in order to receive AC Fail Reports..
