Parameter Description
Amount of time (in seconds) that AC power must be off before the panel responds to the AC failure. The response to restoral of AC power is delayed for the same amount of time. The panel always monitors AC.
IMPORTANT: Totally eliminating AC reporting AC tag along and AC fail/restore report must be programmed NO.
IMPORTANT: 9000 Series panels with firmware version 6.2 or higher, AC Fail Time operates differently. If an odd number is entered for the second digit, then the AC Fail Time is in minutes. If an even number is entered for the second digit, then the AC Fail Time is in seconds.
For example, entering “15” for AC Fail Time will be interpreted by the panel as 15 minutes. Entering “14” for AC Fail Time will be interpreted as 14 seconds.
