The D8112 panel is not sending signals when modem format is selected to the Central Station.
Only the D8112G2 can send signals in Modem II format with a CS setting of 7.
The D8112E, D8112E1, D8112G, D8112G1 and D8112A must have CS set to either Blank or a selection between 1 and 6 but not 7.
Only Modem Format can report a 4 digit account number to the Central Station all others only report a 3 digit account number.
How many Logger Events can the D8112G2 store?
The D8112G2 Control Communicator can store up to 400 Events in the panel memory. The panel logs the time, date, event, master zone, and the primary or alternate phone number called for each event. The 400 events can be retrieved with the RAM II, RAM IV or RPS downloading software.
What are the enviromental considerations for the proper operation of the Bosch control/communicators?
Relative Humidity 5% to 85% noncondensing at +86 degrees Fahrenheit (+30 degrees Celsius).
Operating temperature would be +32 degrees Fahrenheit to +120 degrees Fahrenheit ( 0 degrees Celsius to 49 degrees Celsius ).
The D5200 needs to match a Data Lock code in the panel to access programming. Changing the panel Data Lock Code from the default of 12345 will prevent access.
Remote Programming Software:
RPS also needs to match the Data Lock code in the panel to access programming. Changing the panel Data Lock Code from the default of 12345 will prevent access.
RPS also needs to match the RPS Passcode (or RAM Passcode in legacy types) in order to allow access programming. Changing the default from 999999 will block RPS access.
