In this article we are going to show you how to add a license in Remote Portal and activate it on a DIVAR IP AIO connected to Remote Portal via System Manager.
Add a license in Remote Portal:
After purchasing the license from Bosch, the license code will be sent to you via e-mail.
1. Open Bosch Remote Portal and login into your account.
2. Go to Service Licensing > click on the three dots button > select Add licenses
3. Copy the purchased license codes from the e-mail received > click Save
The License is now added to your account.
The overview shows the key, type and duration of the license in months > click OK:
Your license will be visible in the Service Licensing menu:
Activate the license on your DIVAR IP AIO in Remote Portal:
DIVAR IPs need to be connected to Remote Portal individually as well as be licensed individually, in order to be managed and monitored through Remote System Management.

Once your DIVAR IP AIO is registered to your Remote Portal account, the license activation process can start:
1. Go to Systems > select your DIVAR IP AIO from the list.
⚠️ If you have moved your DIVAR IP AIO in other group from your account, go to the corresponding group and select your unit from there.
2. Click here on the banner displayed
3. Select the license from the list available for your unit. In this example, we will license a DIVAR IP 7000 AIO and the Remote System Management - DIP 7000 license will be selected > click Save to confirm the license selection > click Save to confirm the service subscription.
Your DIVAR IP AIO is now licensed. The details about your license could be found in Service Licensing menu:
