What to do if “Management server is not online” message is displayed when you access Configuration Client?
If you don’t see the management server online anymore and you cannot authenticate in the Configuration Client, most likely the elements files have been corrupted and the following message will be displayed:
“Management server is not online”
The solution here is to remove the elements files:
If the above does not work, uninstall BVMS and re-install it with a different installer. Download again the BVMS version you have from the Bosch Security and Safety Systems official page.
