The camera may be out of focus during a rapid zoom change if:
There is a large amount of reflection with full sunlight.
Or, there are headlights or bright lights present at night. This problem occurs most often when used in traffic applications.
The camera tries to focus on the bright lights and fails to find the correct focus position (example snapshot of headlights below).

Traffic detector has been developed to cope with all traffic densities up to high density like congestions and queues in front of traffic lights. It also detects non-moving vehicles and is thus applicable for smart parking. In addition to vehicles, it also detects pedestrians.

VCA (Video content analysis) is the process of automatically analyzing video images to alarm on predefined events like the detection of moving objects in the monitored area or tampering with the camera. It can also be used to gather statistics about the detected objects.

Detection and tracking of moving objects.
– Intelligent Video Analytics Flow:
Basic motion detection of cells in a grid with velocity and direction. Used for counter flow detection in crowds.
– Essential Video Analytics:
Reliable video analytics for small and medium businesses, large retail stores, commercial buildings, and warehouses. Detection and tracking of moving objects.
Basic change detection of cells in a grid. Can be used to trigger recordings.
– Tamper detection:
Detects camera occlusion, turning away from the monitored scene, extreme lighting conditions and basic idle / removed object detection.

Limitations: - Not available on thermal cameras
Never lose track of an object of interest! Intelligent Tracking automatically zooms in to and follows a selected Intelligent Video Analytics object as far as possible with the camera.
For AUTODOME / MIC IP 7000, this means automatically steering the camera to zoom in to the object and follow it.
For a FLEXIDOME IP panoramic 7000, Intelligent Tracking is available in the Virtual PTZ video and steers the dewarped cut-out.
For DINION / FLEXIDOME IP 7000 / 8000 cameras, Intelligent Tracking can steer a region of interest (ROI) stream. This article describes how to set Intelligent Tracking up with FW 6.30 and lists the differences based on the camera types.

According to the Release Letter of CPP13 INTEOX cameras, Firmware version 7.75.0008 the System Requirements are the following:
Configuration Manager 7.30 or newer
o Mozilla Firefox

Usually, the azimuth is used when you want to teach the camera where it is located on the map (Geolocation).
The direction into which the camera looks is described by the azimuth angle.
Azimuth - The pan angle from zero to 359 degrees in one-degree increments.
This article explains how to integrate the Bosch MIC IP 7000 HD camera series into any existing analog CCTV system using the Bosch VIDEOJET decoder 3000. The most common integration scenarios are listed below:
Simple integration using direct connectivity to analog monitor and joystick, typically found in single camera installation (for example, mobile surveillance vehicles)
Integration into an existing analog matrix switcher typically found in large installations (such as for city surveillance)
An object moving or a low/ higher contrast scene can throw off the autofocus option, resulting in a soft focus or even not focus at all.
Using manual focus is an obvious solution, but manual focus isn’t exactly easy to get sharp images.
Manual focus requires a bit of know-how and some practice to get right.
