HD Decoders are not downgrade-able lower than the factory default version. All Video Management Systems should not have issues with newer Firmware. All their implemented functions should work.

“Error message” occurs while trying to upgrade the Firmware of VJD-7513 from firmware version 9.51 to 10.23. Configuration Manager 7.61 is used.

This message may occur due to the conflict between the Device access option set for your Videojet and the Security option set in Configuration Manager.

It is not possible to have a custom layout, such as 2 X 3. Supported layouts depend on physical characteristics of monitor and on the set aspect ratio. For example, for a monitor with optimal resolution 1920x1080 the following layouts are supported. Other resolutions may have different values. Any resolutions are supported.

If the ‘decoder offline’ message occurs during the FW upgrade from 54.7 to 54.8,  try to use another version of Configuration Manager, or remove the password temporarily.
