    If you have for example a DIVAR 7000 AIO as central BVMS server and also, on the same network, you have a DIVAR Network Video Recorder (NVR) to which cameras are connected to and recording, the recording is typically handled by the NVR itself. Therefore, in this case the cameras added on the NVR will continue recording only there because the NVR manages the recording and storage of video footage from them.

    If one of DIVARs IP 5000 AIO is selected on a user profile, the Operator Client opens the site and works fine. One message is displayed when two or more DIVARs are added into the same Enterprise system.   If you already have a DIP 5000 AIO into your Enterprise system and you want to add additional units but you receive the following message, you can solve this by using the steps below: "Server of configuration database is already in the server list. Remove either the server that is twice in the list or make sure that the configuration database is not cloned between servers."

    The maximum zoom speed in the GUI is operational but is only applicable during "manual control." When the operator calls for 30x, the zoom speed has to remain constant. While the speed may not be as rapid as anticipated, it is essential to understand that this camera model is already operating at its optimum capacity.

    The "Lens rotation" slider can be used to correct for any manual lens rotations performed during installation. If the lens is manually rotated during installation, the slider value should be aligned with the rotation value shown on the lens.

    "An unexpcted error occured. Press F5 to go back to the operation mode selection page and retry. If the issue persist, contact technical support." Windows Server 2022, which is running on these machines is trying to contact their server, which in some cases (still being investigated why) is failing.

    Regular BVMS 12.0.1 installer will not run on any DIVAR IP all-in-one platform. The upgrade shall be performed via DIVAR IP System Manager application. Keep in mind: If you want the latest version of BVMS, it must be downloaded and applied with the latest version of System Manager.
