How to Clear Disable Points on the DS9400 & 7024 Series Panels

Issue

All of the points on the panel are disabled, and the enable feature is not working correctly. What is required to enable all points?

Solution

If any of the hardwire points are disabled then follow the steps below to enable points 1-8.

Mux points 9 - 255 can be enabled using the "all" command if points 1 - 8 are enabled first.

1. To Enable Points Press the Disable Button on the keypad.
2. Press 2 Enable
3. Press 1 Inputs
4. Press 2 Individual
5. Enter the point # (001 - 255) follow by #
6. Repeat steps 3 – 5 until Point 1 -8 are enabled
7. Press 1 Inputs
8. Press 1 All
9. Press the * Clear Button 4 times
