Issue
After command 47 is pressed, the keypad displays sensors resetting, but relay C does not drop power.
Solution
All keypads that will control the fire system should have the fire area selected in their area(s) of scope. Even though the area(s) of scope has the fire area selected, a trouble will still be generated after command 47 is pressed unless preforming this reset from a keypad that has its area assignment assigned to the fire system.
Other conditions that may prevent relay C from operating:
- Relay C is not selected in area wide relays for reset sensors.
- The keypad is not assigned the the area that the reset relay C is assigned.
- Relay C is being used for another area wide or panel wide function.
