Issue
The keypad alpha display is locked up but the keys still function
Probable Caus
The keypad is enabled as an LED keypay
Solution
Enter the program mode at the keypad and input the correct sequence to a re-enable it as an alpha keypad. Care must be taken, since there will be no visual feedback to verify programming until the keypad is properly enabled.
