Issue - Nothing seems to be working correctly. The panel will not let you in to program mode, all zones 1 thru 4 are in trouble even with the 2.2K EOL across them. AUX Power DC voltage is low. Should be about 26 VDC.
Solution - Verify you have two 12VDC batteries connected in series for a total of 24VDC. If only one battery is connected or the 2 batteries are connected in parrellel it will cuase the panel to not function correctly.
