    How to Correct RPS Connect Trouble Via SecurComm or StarComm Modem

    Issue

    Trouble communicating to the D7024 with RPS using a Securcomm/Starcom modem from  Bosch.

    Solution

    Cut or open the P4 jumper. The P4 jumper is located just below the cover screw mounting hole on the left hand side with the LED's facing you. The Starcom modem has molex pins install just open the P4 jumper. This increases the output volume of the modem.
