Issue
Why does the point 1 Alpha text description show up after another point is silenced after a fire alarm? I have a GV2 panel version 7.03 and a D1260 Command Center.
Solution
There was a problem found with version 7.03 firmware on the GV2 panels with the Alpha text for point 1 displaying after silencing a fire alarm on a D1260. This was corrected in firmware version 7.06 of the GV2 panels.
