Issue
D9068 is sending an OPEN 01 and OPEN 99. What is this?
Solution
When a manual reset is done from the LCD keypad used for programming, by either pressing the SYSTEM RESET button or by choosing option 4:RESET from the menu, the DACT will report OPEN RESET with user ID 99. When programming mode is exited the panel automatically resets and sends an OPEN RESET report with user ID 01.
