Issue
When trying to send a copy of the program using a D5200 a message appears displaying "SEND FAIL"
Solution
Check the following:
- Make sure the programming cord is plugged in correctly to the programming port on the panel. The programming cord must be plugged in to communicator on the D5200.
- Make sure there is enough room on the disk to send a copy. If there is insufficient room on the disk then the handler may be corrupt. Must have at least 75 KB of free space.
- If using a GV2 panel, make sure the programming cord is plugged in to the programming port and not the SDI port.
- May have an open circuit in the programming cord. To verify this, plug in the D5200 programming cord in to the programming port of the panel and remove one of the batteries. If the D5200 powers down then the cord may be defective. Order a D5203 programming cord.
