How to Define System Fault 10 DS7400XI Series Panel

Issue

The history log displays System Fault 10.

Solution

1. Check that the wiring to the module is not defective.
2. The DS7420i has been removed from the system.
3. The dual phone line/bell supervision module (DS7420/7420i) is defective.

If  there is no DS7420(i) on the system check the programming in addresses:

For the DS7400Xi ver 3  -  Address - 0186

For the DS7400Xi ver 4+ -  Address - 2733
