Issue
The keypad displays System Fault 11 in the history log.
Solution
There is a phone line fault on line 1
Need to check the panel phone line and make sure the panel has proper dial tone.
The DS7420i expects to see voltage a 2.7VDC or higher.
The DS7420 expects to see a voltage of 22 VDC or higher.
