How to Define "NO AUTHORITY" When the Alarm Silence is Pressed on the Keypad

Issue

When Alarm Silence key is pressed and there was no alarm condition, the keypad displays "NO AUTHORITY".  The other three buttons on the keypad work correctly.

Solution

The system is functioning correctly because the "ALARM SILENCE" key only silences alarms. If there is no alarm on the system to silence, and the "ALARM SILENCE" key is pressed, the keypad displays "NO AUTHORITY".
