Issue
How is the phone number erased / deleted from the programming via the keypad programming? The Clear button did not work and neither did all zeros.
Solution
To remove the phone number from programming via the keypad follow the steps below:
Press (0) Enter your Program Pin – Default Pin is (9876) - The display should read Program Modes on the top line of the display
Press (6) Program Accounts
Press (1) Phone IP / Numbers
Enter (1) Phone/IP 1
Press (1) Number
Press (Drill) to enter "?" until only "?" appear
Press (#)
Press (* / BACK) key Once
Enter (2) Phone/IP 2
Press (1) Number
Press (Drill) to enter "?" until only "?" appear
Press (#)
Press (* / BACK) key Once until you exit programming.
