    How to Determine the Panel Firmware/EEPROM Revision of the DS9400 & 7024 Series FACP

    Issue

    How can the EEPROM revision (firmware) of the 7024 or DS9400 Series panel be determined?

    Solution

    The EEPROM revision is printed on the sticker of the EEPROM, the IC is located on the main panel board to the left of the built-in keypad.  If this is inaccessible because of the mux card, the version number can also be found by pressing TEST and then 0.
