Issue
The Panel Onboard Keypad stopped working.
Solution
Check to make sure none of the phone lines are DSL phone lines. The D7024 was only designed to communicate with regular phone lines. The DSL phone line can cause the panel to lock up, and also contribute to communication issues to central station and programming through RPS. If phone line communications are used, they must be installed in accordance to NFPA 72.
