The "Item Locked" message shown during Keypad Programming means that the prompt is locked from RPS and can only Unlock from RPS.
NOTE: Defaulting the panel does not unlock the "Item Locked" prompts in keypad programming.
Options to unlock the panel prompts:
1.) Connect to the panel with RPS. In Program Accounts> Remote Security Access . Anti-Takeover Setting set it to "Allow All Local Programming."
2.) Make the Change from RPS and leave the Keypad Programming Locked.
3.) If unable to connect with RPS send the panel to Repair to be factory defaulted.
