What is the maximum distance of the mux loop using 22 AWG or 18 AWG wire?

Solution

The requirements for the multiplex bus wiring:

1. Up to 2000 feet using 22 awg wire
2. Up to 5000 feet using 18 awg wire

** Do not use shielded wire.
