Issue
Relays 9 -16 are toggling when they are not supposed to.

Solution
One of the following needs to be done.
- A) Move the set of 8 relay to a higher or lower group of 8.
- B) Check programming, Point Assignment, and remove any BFSK Relay entry or change it to 0 or 9,
