How to Program a 3 Digit Account Number

Issue

Entering the account number into the D7024/DS9400 when using BFSK reporting>

Solution

When using the D7024 panel and BFSK for reporting, the account number must have four digits but only three digits will report.  For example, account  #725 would be entered as 7250. The zero will be dropped and the receiver will get account #725.

1. Press 0 then 9876 if using the default code
2. Press 6 for program accounts
3. Press 1 for phone numbers
4. Press 1 for phone number 1
5. Press 3 for account number
6. Enter the three digit account number with a zero at the end and #(command)
7. If using two phone numbers then press the (*) key once
8. Press 2 for phone number 2
9. Then follow steps 5 and 6 to enter the account number.
10. Press the (*) key four times to escape programming.
