Older panels (GV3 8.05 and older) that use the D5200, if no Data Lock Code is set you can copy the panel and view the RAM/RPS Pass Code.
If a Data Lock and or RPS Pass Code is set in the panel your options are:
Call the installing company and ask them to unlock the panel.
Call Bosch Repair 800-289-0096 and get an RMA to have the panel factory defaulted.
