Solution

To set up the test report in a DS9400 Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP):

1. Press [0] to enter Program Mode.
2. Enter the Programmer PIN (default is 9876).
3. Choose Option 1 - Prog Time.
4. Choose Option 2 - Auto Test.
5. Choose Option 1 - Test time.
6. Set the appropriate time to send a test report in 24 hour format. For example, 1:00 PM = 1300, and 12:00 midnight =0000.
7. Press [Command].
8. Choose Option 2 - Test Frequency.
9. Choose the appropriate frequency for the test. (To comply with NFPA 2010 guidelines, set this option to 24 hours or lower.)
10. Press [Clear] three times to exit Program Mode
