Issue - Cannot change phone number and account number when keypad programming. All other program changes can be done.
Solution - Keypad programming partially blocked (Partial Anti Take-Over) this can only be unblock with the programming software (WDSRP).
Note - In WDSRP there is also another option to disabled All Keypad Programming.
