Issue

How often does the DACT send a timer test?

Solution

• The DACT sends a timer test once every 24 hours.
• The DACT alternates between lines every 24 hours for sending the timer test. Example: If the timer test is sent on line 1 today it will be sent on line 2 tomorrow.
• The DACT will do up to 10 attempts to send the timer test on the same line. The test is to verify the line is working.
