What needs to be done to make the D7024 call RPS software?
Solution
There needs to be a Computer Phone Number programmed in the panel and Remote Programming needs to be enable in the panel first before Test [3] Call Remote will work.
Follow the steps below to enable the D7024 to call RPS:
Press (0) Enter Program Mode
Enter Pin (Default is 9876)
Press (6) Accounts
Press (1) Phone Numbers
Press (3) Computer Phone
Press (1) for number
Enter the phone number to dial RPS followed by (#CMD)
Press the (*) key 3 times
Press (3) System
Press (7) Remote Program
Press (1) Enable
Press the (*) key 5 times to Exit Program Mode
Programming is complete
To make the panel dial or call RSP do the following:
Press Test 3 - Enter a valid pin
