Issue
When the panel is accessed with Ram IV or RPS the trouble relay trips.
Solution
The only way to stop the trouble relay from tripping when remote programming is to disable the trouble relay. The trouble relay will trip every time the trouble LED comes on.
To prevent the panel from automatically answering the phone; follow these steps below:
- Enter programming by pressing zero and then a valid passcode.
- Press 6 for program accounts
- Press 4 for ring count
- Press 0 then #
- 5. Press the (*) key twice to exit programming
