Issue
The 5800G and the 5900G will not display a ground fault when terminals 9 and 10 are shorted.Solution
The Honeywell panels do not have the ability to detect Ground Fault conditions.
Replace the 5800G with a Bosch D7412G, and the 5900G with a Bosch D9412G. Also, replace the D541 Fire Keypad with a D1256, and the Vacuum Fluorescent D540 keypad with the D1255.
