Short Terminal 10 (Earth Ground) to Terminal 9 (Command) for 30 Seconds and the keypad should display Ground Fault.
If not check the following:
Switch S4 Ground Fault Detect Switch (Below Terminal 10) is Close/Enabled
Programming any non zero value in Area 5’s Silent Alarm Relay will enable Ground Fault Detect on D9412G or D7412G Control/Communicators.
