How to Trouble-Shoot Test Mode on DS7400 Series Panels

Issue

What could cause the zone test (#81), not to function?

Probable Cause   

1. Entering form Master keypad.
2. Pin does not have authority to use test.

Possible Solution

Zone test is not available from a master keypad, unless entering into single partition mode, with a valid code press ## to move to an area, then type in a vaild code # 81.

Use a pin with test authority.
