Issue
The panel communicates on both lines, but the Primary Fail LED of the D928 will not go out. The cords, the ribbon cable, and the D928 have been replaced, the lines have been switched, and the Primary Fail LED remains ON.
Solution
Check the Ground Start - Loop Start Jumper that is located in the lower left corner of the panel. Make sure it is locked under Loop Start.
