How can the charging circuit for the batteries on the panel D7038 be checked to see that it is charging?
Solution
Measure the battery voltage, it should be about 27Vdc. Remove AC and let the panel run on batteries until the battery voltage drops down to 24.7Vdc or less. Reapply AC and the batteries should charge back up to 27+ dc.
