Issue
D1256 Keypad is not scrolling when multiple fire points have been tripped into alarm.
Solution
After a Fire Alarm event, do not press detector reset right after alarm silence is pressed. After the alarm is set off, press alarm silence then the keypad should scroll all of the zones that went into alarm.
If smoke detectors have been tripped, after the zones have been viewed and the smoke is cleared from all of the smoke heads, then press 'Detector Reset'. After the smokes are reset then press 'Annunciator Reset' in order to clear alarm memory.
If smoke detectors have not been tripped, but another type of alarm (ie. pull station or water flow) it is not necessary to press 'Detector Reset', just press 'Annunciator Reset' to clear alarm memory.
