What is the correct printer module for the 7000/9000 Series panels and the "B" series panels?
Solution
7000/9000 panels require the D9131A.
Note: Verify the panel type by lifting the metal cover on the front of the control communicator. 7000/9000 Series panels have square eeproms with firmware revisions 5.0 and higher. All "B" series panels use the D9131. "B" series panels have an eeprom revision 2.0 - 3.17.
