Issue
What does "LOW OUTPUT" mean?
Solution
If the panel is configured with Class A polling loops, it means that there is a broken wire and the panel is only seeing the associated device when it is polled one direction and not when it is polled the other direction.
If the panel is configured with Class B polling loops, it could be that there are no jumpers across the polling loop terminals to make it look to the panel like a Class A loop, or it means that there is something wrong with the polling loop that is making the panel only see the device some of the time and at other times it is missing.
