Issue
The D10024, D8024 or D9024 does not have a smoke power output.
Solution
The panel was manufactured without a smoke power output.
Use a D328A in the field or one of the on-board relays on the panel to complete the following.
1.) Go to commission mode and press the "YES" key twice for more options.
2.) Select (4) Events
3.) Select (3) Define Outputs
4.) Select the relay number by pressing yes.
5.) Press change and input the event number that is defined as the reset event.
*Note: By default the event number is (7), however, your panel may be configured differently.
6.) Follow these instructions to check the configuration of your panel.
7.) Select (4) Events.
8.) Select (1) General.
9.) Press the Yes key until you get to the reset event option then check what number it is assigned to.
10.) If it is assigned to (0) then press change and input the number (7), as long as, this number has not been used.
11.) On the panel, use +24vdc through the relay contacts and OV straight to the smoke detector.
