The red system Status LED blinks continuously at a rate of 5 times per second. After 90 seconds of power-up, this LED indicates that the SC3100/SC2104 is not in radio communications with the central station SC9000/D6200 computer, and is off-line. The LED also indicates that the SC3100/SC2104 has a good charge on the battery.
