Terminal # 2 data when read in reference to terminal #3 ground should measure between 2 – 3 VDC when transmitting. This should fluctuate up and down within that range. There should be 0 VDC when sitting idle.
Terminal # 4 transmitter aux power when read in reference to terminal #3 ground should measure 13 VDC when transmitting and 0 VDC when sitting idle
