When checking error displays on the DS7400(X) by entering PIN # 89, the keypad shows SYSTEM FAULT 50.
To narrow down the cause of the problem enter PIN # 87. This will display one or more of the following ARDIS errors.
- AR FAULT which means loss of communication. Check wiring between panel and ARDIS radio.
- AR NET FAULT which means loss of network. Check antenna and signal strength LEDS.
- AR MODEM FAULT which would indicate a faulted modem.
