How to Correct the D1255 from Going Blank when Adding or Modifying a User CMD 56

Issue

While using Command 56 to enter/change passcodes, the screen goes blank after entering the user number and pressing enter.

Solution

The name text is blank in programming for the User Name. The default text for any given user is 'USER' followed by the number of the user. Simply press enter to continue and the Command 56 process will continue as specified in the literature.

The Use Name Text can be added with RPS or D5200 panels up to GV3 8.05 Firmware.
