How can I tell a B series panel from a non B seies panel?
Solution
There are few ways.
- Look at the main eprom chip on the board, version 3.17 and under are a B series panel. It will also be labeled D9112B or D9112B1.
- Press CMD59 at a keypad, versions 3.17 and under are B or B1 series panels.
- Latch and unlatch the reset pin on the cpu. If it beeps for 8-10 seconds it is a B or B1 series panel.
