New G Series, GV4, GV3, G Series, and 7000/9000 panels in a Fire Application can be programmed remotely with RPS, without assurance that a technician is on site to test the system after the program changes are made. Is there a way to make sure that the RPS session can only be initiated by having a technician on site to confirm the remote programming session?
Set the Answer Armed and Answer Disarmed to (0). This will require someone on site do a CMD 43 at the keypad to connect to RPS.
CMD 43 can be passcode protected allowing the installer/programmer to select the authority level for this feature.
