When # key is pressed on the 8229 it opens the door.
If there is a user in the access site codes and card data that has a 0 for the Master Site and no entry for the Master Card Data, it will allow an entry if there is a valid authority level for that user when # is pressed at the 8229 keypad.

1. Rcv copy of RADXUSR1
2. Go to PASSCODE WORKSHEET press ENTER GROUP
3. View the current user info, noting in each user if there is data in the MASTER SITE and MASTER CARD DATA 1st 5 Digits.You are basically looking for a user that has an authority level assigned to the user and has a Master Site of 0, but has no card data. Depending on how many codes they are using you may have to also check RADXUSR2.
When you find the code that is similar to above, either remove the MASTER SITE data or simply add MASTER CARD DATA 1st 5 Digits into that user code info. A valid entry for the card data is Blank or 1-65534. A valid entry for the site code is Blank or 0-255. A valid authority level is Blank or 1-15.
