Issue
Display reads ENTRY ERROR PLEASE TRY AGAIN , and will not respond to any keypad entries.
Solution
Two or more keypads on the same bus may have the same address, or the DS7430 may be incorrectly installed on the main board. Check address jumpers on keypads, if the DS7430 is misalligned on pins, power control panel completely down and reposition DS7430 and then power back up to clear.
